Ali Sky Jumper is a family game published by Moriaat LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company in the United States.
2. Data collection
We do not collect or transmit personal information. The game does not request access to location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or advertising identifiers.
3. Local device storage
Best heights, Journal and expedition progress, stardust, selected trail and outfit, preferences, and a store-verified Explorer Pack entitlement are stored locally on the player's device. This information is not sent to us. It can be removed by clearing app storage or uninstalling the app.
4. Phone movement controls
If phone-tilt steering is selected, motion-sensor values are processed immediately on the device only while gameplay is active. The readings are not recorded, linked to a person, transmitted, or shared. Button controls remain available.
5. Optional purchase
The one-time Explorer Pack is processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play under that store's privacy policy. The game receives only the entitlement status needed to unlock or restore the pack and caches it on the device. Moriaat LLC does not receive payment-card details through the game and operates no purchase backend.
6. Children and families
The game is suitable for a general and family audience and contains no chat, user-generated content, behavioral advertising, public profiles, or external social features. Purchase and restore are behind a parental gate. Because we collect no personal information, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Changes to this policy
If the game's data practices change, we will update this policy before releasing the change and revise the effective date above.
