Does the app need an account or internet connection?
No. The learning content is bundled for offline use and no account is required.
How do I switch Arabic and English?
Open the protected grown-up area and choose the preferred app language. Arabic is the default.
Why does Speak Garden request the microphone?
It lets a child record a short practice and immediately listen on the same device. The recording is not analysed or uploaded and is deleted when practice closes. Denying microphone access does not block the rest of the app.
How do I delete a child profile or progress?
Open the grown-up area, complete the parent gate, select the profile controls, and confirm deletion. Uninstalling the app also removes local app data.
What should I include in a support request?
Send the device model, operating-system version, app version, and a short description. A screenshot may help. Never send a password or a child's full name, photo, voice recording, or other personal information.

لماذا تطلب حديقة النطق إذن الميكروفون؟
ليتمكن الطفل من تسجيل تدريب قصير والاستماع إليه فوراً على الجهاز نفسه. لا يُحلل التسجيل ولا يُرفع، ويُحذف عند إغلاق التدريب. ولا يمنع رفض الإذن بقية التطبيق.
كيف أحذف ملف الطفل أو تقدمه؟
افتح قسم البالغين، وأكمل الحاجز الأبوي، ثم اختر أدوات الملف وأكد الحذف. كما يؤدي حذف التطبيق إلى إزالة بياناته المحلية.
ماذا أرسل عند طلب الدعم؟
أرسل طراز الجهاز وإصدار النظام وإصدار التطبيق ووصفاً مختصراً. قد تساعد لقطة شاشة. لا ترسل كلمة مرور أو اسم الطفل الكامل أو صورته أو تسجيله الصوتي أو أي معلومات شخصية أخرى.
