1. Who we are
Luban Kids is an Arabic-first children's learning app published by Moriaat LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company in the United States.
2. Information stored on the device
The app can store privacy-friendly profile nicknames, learning progress, rewards, family-plan choices, and audio/accessibility preferences locally on the device. This information is not sent to Moriaat LLC or third parties. A grown-up can delete a profile and its progress inside the protected parent area. Uninstalling the app removes its local data.
3. Microphone and voice practice
Speak Garden may request microphone access so a child can record a short word or phrase and immediately listen to it on the same device. The app does not perform speech recognition, pronunciation scoring, identity analysis, or cloud processing. The temporary recording is not transmitted and is deleted when practice closes. Microphone permission can be denied; the rest of the app remains available.
4. Children and families
The app is designed for children and families. It has no public profiles, behavioural advertising, chat, social network, location sharing, or user-generated-content upload. Settings, sharing, deletion controls, support links, and any future purchase opportunities are reserved for the protected grown-up area.
5. Bundled AI-produced content
Generative tools were used during production to help create static artwork and narration. Approved files are bundled inside the app. The shipping app does not send a child's information, voice, prompt, or activity to Gemini, n8n, an image generator, or any other artificial-intelligence service.
6. Third-party services
The app does not integrate advertising, analytics, tracking, or social SDKs. Apple App Store and Google Play process downloads and store-account information independently under their own privacy policies. Moriaat LLC does not receive payment-card information from those stores.
7. Changes
If the app's data practices change, we will update this policy and the store privacy disclosures before releasing the change. The effective date above will also be updated.

٢. المعلومات المحفوظة على الجهاز
قد يحفظ التطبيق أسماء مستعارة للملفات والتقدم التعليمي والمكافآت وخيارات خطة الأسرة وتفضيلات الصوت وإمكانية الوصول محلياً على الجهاز. لا تُرسل هذه المعلومات إلى Moriaat LLC أو إلى أي طرف آخر. يستطيع البالغ حذف الملف وتقدمه من قسم الوالدين المحمي، كما يؤدي حذف التطبيق إلى إزالة بياناته المحلية.
٣. الميكروفون والتدريب الصوتي
قد تطلب حديقة النطق الوصول إلى الميكروفون ليسجل الطفل كلمة أو عبارة قصيرة ويستمع إليها فوراً على الجهاز نفسه. لا يجري التطبيق تعرّفاً على الكلام أو تقييماً للنطق أو تحليلاً للهوية أو معالجة سحابية. لا يُرسل التسجيل المؤقت إلى أي جهة، ويُحذف عند إغلاق التدريب. ويمكن رفض الإذن مع استمرار بقية التطبيق في العمل.
٤. الأطفال والعائلات
صُمم التطبيق للأطفال والعائلات، ولا يتضمن ملفات عامة أو إعلانات سلوكية أو محادثات أو شبكة اجتماعية أو مشاركة للموقع أو رفعاً لمحتوى ينشئه المستخدم. توجد الإعدادات والمشاركة والحذف وروابط الدعم وأي فرص شراء مستقبلية داخل قسم البالغين المحمي.
٥. المحتوى المُنتج بمساعدة الذكاء الاصطناعي
استُخدمت أدوات توليدية أثناء الإنتاج للمساعدة في إنشاء صور ثابتة وسرد صوتي. تُضمّن الملفات المعتمدة داخل التطبيق. ولا يرسل التطبيق معلومات الطفل أو صوته أو نشاطه إلى Gemini أو n8n أو مولد صور أو أي خدمة ذكاء اصطناعي أخرى.
٦. خدمات الجهات الأخرى
لا يدمج التطبيق خدمات إعلانية أو تحليلية أو خدمات تتبع أو شبكات اجتماعية. تعالج Apple App Store وGoogle Play عمليات التنزيل ومعلومات حساب المتجر بصورة مستقلة وفق سياساتهما، ولا تتلقى Moriaat LLC معلومات بطاقة الدفع.
٧. التغييرات
إذا تغيرت ممارسات البيانات، فسنحدّث هذه السياسة وإفصاحات المتاجر قبل نشر التغيير، وسنحدّث تاريخ السريان أعلاه.
