Ali Sky Jumper Support

Ali Sky Jumper is an offline, single-player jumping game for iPhone, iPad, Android devices, and Apple-silicon Mac computers.

Quick help

• Button controls: Hold left or right to steer. Use the power jump once in the air; it recharges when you land.
• Phone-tilt controls: Choose Buttons + phone tilt under Steering, hold the device comfortably, and start. Tap Calibrate whenever you change your holding angle. The on-screen buttons stay available.
• Flight Journal: Complete the permanent flight goals to earn stardust and unlock cosmetic sky trails. Progress is saved only on your device and has no timer.
• Explorer Pack: The complete original journey is free. The optional one-time pack adds Aurora Gardens, Comet Belt, Gravity Sanctuary, 18 missions, three Ali outfits, and six trails. It has no subscription and no ads.
• Restore purchase: Open Explorer Pack from the main menu and choose Restore purchase. Use the same Apple ID or Google Play account used for the original purchase. A connection to the device store is required.
• Power-ups: The star magnet attracts nearby stars and gems. A safety feather catches Ali once if he falls. Landing near the center of a platform earns a perfect-landing bonus.
• Mac keyboard: Use A/D or the arrow keys to steer, W/Up/Space to power jump, and P/Escape to pause.
• No sound: Open the pause menu and make sure the sound button is not set to Muted. Also check the device volume.
• Reset progress: Choose Reset best and confirm. This removes only the locally saved best height.
• Interrupted game: The game pauses automatically when it moves to the background. Choose Continue when you return.
